Summer Rec Flyers will be sent home in backpacks this week. Check your child's backpacks for information or click the red hot button below to see the Summer Rec activities offered this summer. "Launch day" for Summer Rec will be on April, 24th at 2:00pm! The registration link is at the top of the summer rec webpage. Registration will be closing Tuesday, May 19th. We are looking forward to a wonderful summer of activities!

Each year, all MHS chapters in the state are given the opportunity to invite one senior to apply for the Minnesota Association of Honor Societies Scholarship, and just four students are selected for this prestigious award. Drew Gullickson was chosen by our chapter and applied in January, and he was notified of his selection a few weeks ago. On Sunday, he traveled to Owatonna High School for the MN Association of Student Leaders (MASL) State Convention banquet where he received his scholarship in front of student leaders, MHS advisors, and student council advisors from all over the state. Congratulations Drew!

The Minnesota Honor Society members are sponsoring a Sneaker Recyling Drive for Earth Month - click here for the flyer! Bring all types of athletic shoes to Mrs. Stocks room to donate by Wednesday, April 22. Guidelines for the shoe drive can be found here.
